Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Bookify. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using Bookify on behalf of an organisation, you agree to these Terms for that organisation.

The service

Bookify aggregates your bank and fintech accounts into one view, helps you separate business from personal spending, and produces reports. Bookify is a software tool — it is not a bank, and it does not provide accounting, tax, or legal advice.

Your account

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
  • You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • You must be authorised to connect any financial account you link to Bookify.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service. In particular, you will not:

  • Access data or accounts you are not authorised to access.
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or compromise the security of the service.
  • Use Bookify for any unlawful purpose.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Free trials convert to paid plans unless cancelled before the trial ends. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Third-party connections

Bank and fintech connections are provided through third parties such as Mono. Your use of those connections is also subject to the third party’s terms. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of data provided by third parties.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bookify is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. You remain responsible for verifying your own financial records and tax filings.

Termination

You may stop using Bookify and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
